It reminds me a lot of Billie's Pea Salad...I don't enjoy peas, but I love me some Pea Salad. Well, I'm not much of an onion eater, but I'm loving this French Onion Soup! In a similar way that Pea Salad doesn't taste like peas, French Onion Soup doesn't taste like onions...just tastes like goodness! And you can pretty much add bread and cheese to anything and it will taste great...am I right?
