Here it is! Our first grilling of the season. I feel like we are little behind...everyone else seems to have been grilling for a few weeks now. But tonight, I had some steaks and decided to get that ol' grill out for the season.I not only threw the steaks on...which turned out deliciously...I also threw the romaine on. We tried grilling the romaine last year and really like how it turns out, and it's a great alternative to regular Caesar salad. I also just boiled up some baby reds and made mashed garlic potatoes out of them. Yum! What a great way to kick off the BBQ season!
