Tonight after work I did some grocery shopping at Wal-Mart, including a little bit of Easter shopping. A few cards, a couple little goodies for Ms. Kennedy, and this very fragrant, deep purple hyacinth for Mom. She loves a lilac, and this little plant looks and smells so similar, I just had to pick it up for her.It was one of the first things I put in my cart, so I was able to enjoy its scent all throughout the store.
Hopefully I can keep it alive and healthy between now and Easter!
