Meatloaf...not just a singer from the 70's, but it's also what's for dinner at the Auchmoody house. I've talked about this turkey meatloaf before. In fact I went back and looked, and I've mentioned it twice before (here and again here). It's a good standby meal...it's comfort food...and it's good.Today, Rob worked the early shift so we had an evening together just the two of us, not doing much of anything. I did, however, cook...meatloaf, citrus glazed carrots, boiled baby read potatoes and a green salad. What a meal...you can certainly tell I didn't work all day and actually felt like cooking!!
