Mmmm...grilled corn on the cob! Summer is well underway, and this is the first corn on the cob I've made. On the way home from the fair parade on Saturday, Mom, Rob and I stopped at the Cool Slice, the local fresh produce open market and grabbed a half dozen ears of corn. I have never grilled corn before, so tonight, with a little help from the internet, I was ready to go.
I ended up shucking the ears, then just doctoring them up a bit with some butter, salt and pepper, and wrapped each one in foil and grilled them. They were pretty darned good. Rob and I ended up eating two each! Leaving only these two for another time.
